Introduction. Uzinfocom LLC (“we” or “us”) built the uHamkor AI chat widget to allow businesses (“Clients”) to automatically answer their customers’ questions. We take data privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect from our Clients and end users, how we use it, and the rights you have regarding your data. By using our service, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Service.

Data We Collect. We collect information from Clients when they register, and from end users when they interact with our chat service. This may include:

  • Client Account Data: Personal details provided by Clients during sign-up, such as full name, company name, work email, address, phone number, and company information.
  • Chat Interaction Data: The content of messages and inquiries that end users send to the chatbot or live support, as well as the AI-generated responses. We may also record the context or topic of conversations to improve service.
  • Technical Data: Information about end users’ devices and usage, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and cookie identifiers (to maintain session state and analytics).
  • Support and Communication Data: If you contact us or subscribe to communications, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your messages.
  • End users can remain anonymous when chatting with the AI. We only know who they are if they explicitly provide identifying information (e.g. when registering to speak with a human agent).

Use of Data. We use your data for legitimate business purposes including:

  • Service Delivery: To provide, operate, and maintain the uHamkor chat service and widget.
  • Service Improvement: To analyze usage patterns, improve and personalize our service, and develop new features.
  • Communication: To respond to support requests, send updates or administrative messages, and communicate about your account or subscription.
  • Security and Compliance: To detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity, protect our systems and users, and comply with legal obligations.
  • Legal Obligations: To satisfy any legal or regulatory requirements (for example, data retention required by law).
  • All processing of personal data is done on a lawful basis. Under Uzbekistan law, this includes obtaining your explicit consent or performing a contract with you. We will collect only the minimum data necessary and only use it for the purposes stated here.

Data Sharing and Transfers. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We only share your data with service providers as needed to deliver the service (for example, hosting providers, AI model providers, and payment processors). Any third parties that process data on our behalf are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for providing the requested services.

Our operations are based in Uzbekistan. For data of Uzbek citizens, we comply with Uzbekistan’s data localization law, storing that data on servers physically located in Uzbekistan. Transfers of personal data outside Uzbekistan may only occur if the destination country provides adequate protection or with your explicit consent. If you are an EU or UK resident, please note that our processing complies with GDPR requirements, and we use appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses) for any data transfers.

Data Security. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect personal data. For example, all sensitive customer data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel only. We regularly update our security practices and train staff to protect your data.

Data Retention. We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the service and fulfill legitimate business purposes (such as historical analysis or compliance). When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Your Rights below).

Your Rights. You have certain rights regarding your personal data. These include:

Underage users. Our service is not directed to children under the age of 16. Underage users are not recommended to use this system.. Since we do not require users to provide passport information, we cannot determine a user's age and are not responsible for the use of the system by minors. It is recommended that minors use the system only with parental consent.

Changes to This Policy. We may update this Privacy Policy as our service evolves or to comply with legal requirements. We will post the updated policy on our website with the effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the revised policy.

Agreement to Terms. By accessing or using the uHamkor service (including the website and chat widget) and creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service immediately.

Account Registration. To use uHamkor, an authorized representative of your company must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about your organization when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for any activities that occur under your account. Registration data is protected by our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that contains inaccurate information or is used in violation of these Terms.

Service Description. UHamkor provides an AI-powered chat widget that can be embedded on your website to answer customer inquiries. You grant us permission to place our chat widget on your site. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the widget and associated code solely for accessing the uHamkor service on your own website. The widget and its source code are our proprietary property; you may not copy, reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute them.

Usage Restrictions. You agree not to use the service for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose. In particular, you may not:

  • interfere with or disrupt the service or servers;
  • use the widget code in a way that violates our ownership rights;
  • attempt to glean other users’ personal information or credentials;
  • use the service to infringe intellectual property rights.
  • You agree to ensure that your end users (your customers) also comply with these Terms.

Payment and Fees. The service may be offered on a subscription basis. Fees (if any) will be disclosed at the time of purchase or registration. Unless otherwise specified, all payments are non-refundable. We may change our pricing at any time, providing advance notice. Your account will continue to be billed until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support; cancellation will take effect after the current billing period.

Termination. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the widget ends, and you must remove it from your site. We reserve the right to delete any of your data that you provided in connection with the service.

Intellectual Property. We retain all intellectual property rights to the uHamkor service, including software, documentation, and content we provide. You retain rights to any content or data you submit through the service.

Warranties and Disclaimers. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the service.

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uzinfocom LLC (uHamkor) shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved in the courts of Uzbekistan, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

Changes to Terms. We may modify these Terms at any time. If we do so, we will post the updated Terms on our website with the effective date. Your continued use of the service after any such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
