Control Panel
The Control Panel provides you with clear and understandable statistics about your project or projects. In the dashboard, you can simultaneously monitor the volume of incoming inquiries, the level of user satisfaction, and the activity of your operators.

1. Overview – This tab is active by default when the dashboard is opened and provides general statistics. If you have multiple projects, you can view statistics for all of them simultaneously.
2. Filters – This section allows you to filter the overview. You can sort statistics by a specific project, date range, or a particular operator’s performance.
3. Navigation Block – Through this block, you can switch from the overview to other menu sections and access specific statistics such as Messages, Issues, Feedback, and more.
