Projects Menu View

1. Support – This is the project name assigned during registration.

2. example.com – This is the project’s website address. You provide this value during project registration.

3. View Toggle Buttons – These buttons allow you to switch the project display between card view and stacked list view.

4. New Project – By clicking this button, you can open the window to create and add a new project.

Project Cards View

1. Icon Metrics Block – This block displays key indicators based on user activity in your project’s widget.

• The first number (53) represents how many users have used the widget — in other words, the total number of chats in the project.

• The second number (7) indicates that 7 issues have been resolved in this project.

• The last number (1) shows that one chat (user) has not yet received a response and is currently waiting.

2. Date – This is the date when the project was registered.

3. AI Button – Clicking this button takes you to the project’s AI configuration page.

4. Settings – Clicking this button opens the project’s general settings menu.

5. Vertical Three-Dot Icon – This represents the quick actions menu.

Quick Actions Menu
This menu includes the following three functions:

1. Widget Script – From here, you can copy the CDN link required to integrate the widget into your website.

2. Configuration – In this section, you can customize the widget’s welcome message and adjust its color settings.

3. Delete Button – This button permanently deletes the project.
